Here’s a simple 2-hour structure we often recommend at Agarimo Parties:
🕐 0:00–0:15 – Welcome time: Guests arrive, music’s playing, and everyone gets settled.🎲 0:15–0:45 – Games & activities: Start with fun icebreakers and group games.
🎨 0:45–1:15 – Main entertainment: The magic show, creative workshop, or theme adventure!
🍰 1:15–1:45 – Food & cake: Keep it calm and let kids recharge.
🎁 1:45–2:00 – Final game or goodbye dance. End on a high note!
This rhythm gives children enough variety to stay excited but not overstimulated.
